Fieldpiece DR82 Infrared Refrigerant Leak Detector — detects HFC, HCFC, CFC, HFO and blended refrigerants down to 0.03 oz/yr, roughly 20 times more sensitive than soap bubbles. The 10-year infrared sensor will not false-trigger on oil or moisture, staying reliable in contaminated spaces. Large backlit LCD shows leak size numerically and on a bar graph, with audible and flashing-tip alarms on a 17-inch flexible probe. Automatic and manual zero modes, IP54 housing, USB-C rechargeable with over 10 hours per charge.

Are cylinders factory-sealed?
Yes. Stock ships factory-sealed, and pallet quantities arrive on the original pallet.
Do you sell to trade and to individuals?
Both, subject to the legal restrictions on the specific refrigerant. R-22 in particular may only be sold to technicians holding EPA Section 608 certification, which is a restriction on the refrigerant rather than on the buyer’s trade status.
Can I order a pallet quantity of something listed as a single cylinder?
Most refrigerants are listed in quarter, half and full pallet quantities alongside the single cylinder — check the category page for the refrigerant you need. If you need a quantity that is not listed, contact us.
Do you offer technical support on product selection?
Yes. If you are choosing between replacement blends or working out what a retrofit needs, our refrigerant guides cover the common decisions, and you can contact us for anything they do not answer.
